Which data do we process – and why?

Server log files. When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser, operating system, referrer). This data is used to run the website securely and is deleted after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and stability).

Contact by email. If you write to us, we process your details (email address, content of your message) solely to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to let you know when Puppetopia opens. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (enquiry) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent to the launch notification). You may withdraw this consent at any time without formality. Your data is not passed on to third parties.

Contact and sign-up form (planned). As soon as a form is available on this website, the data entered will be transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS) and processed for the same purposes. We will update this notice accordingly.

Hosting

Our website is hosted by DreamHost (DreamHost, LLC, 707 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 5050, Los Angeles, CA 90017, USA). DreamHost processes personal data exclusively on our instructions. Email delivery

For reliable email delivery via our DreamHost servers we use the WordPress plugin WP Mail SMTP. No additional data is stored in the process.

Fonts

All fonts used on this website are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and your IP address is not transmitted to anyone for this purpose.

Cookies

This website currently sets no tracking or statistics cookies and uses no analytics services. Only technically necessary cookies required to run the website (e.g. caching) are set. Should this change, we will ask for your consent first.

Instagram

Our website contains a link to our Instagram profile (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland). Simply visiting our website transfers no data to Instagram; that only happens when you click the link. Instagram’s privacy policy then applies.
